Investigation
- What was the Muenkel investigation about/surrounding?
- What were the findings of the Muenkel investigation?
- What are the final costs of the Muenkel investigation?
Special Education
- How many CSE students do we have attending the district school?
- How many CSE students does the district send out of district?
- What is the cost of the CSE students sent out of the district?
- Does the district have any pending lawsuits concerning CSE students?
Board of Education
- Have all the new members gone through the training?
- Can you provide us with the new member training certificates?
- Have you adopted an ethics policy?
- Are you still conducting exit interviews with staff who have been asked to leave or who have left?
Student Body
- How many students are attending the schools in the Tuxedo district?
- Give a breakdown of students in upper school and lower school
- Provide us with the student population attending the district schools for the last 5 years for comparison
- How many eligible students live in Tuxedo district, how many do not attend our school district and tuition out?
- How many tuitioning in students do we have?
Union
- Has the new TTA union contact been finalized?
- Can you provide us with the new TTA union contract?
- In the MOA agreement it states to delete Virtual High School, can you explain that further? What about having the virtual Spanish class in the lower-school? How will that be affected?
- Is remote learning the same as virtual learning?
- Why has the Union requested to remove Virtual High School
- Do all our teachers meet the credentials for the classes they are teaching?
- Is it true that the TEU contract is contingent on the TTA contract, therefor the TEU can not be completed until the TTA is final?

Student Schedules
- Were changes made to the TTA contract in regards to an 8 period schedule vs. a 9 period schedule?
- What is the difference between an 8 period schedule and a 9 period schedule?
- How many minutes are in a period of learning in the upper school?
- How many periods will the new schedules have?
- Can the district provide us with surrounding district schedules and period set-ups?
- Why does the district offer electives in place of study halls?
- How long is each class in the HS and how long is each class in the lower school?
- How many hours are required by law per year to meet NY educational guidelines?
- Do study halls qualify as a class?
- Are teachers actively present and teaching in study halls?
- What happens in study halls? Can you walk us through that?
- For Seniors, is the District counting study halls as instruction to meet NY State requirements for instruction hours?
- It was once mentioned in a meeting that 11th and 12th grade students have many study halls because they all meet the requirements to graduate, do you think it is wise to end their continuation of education because they meet the basic mark? Should we strive higher considering we pay $60K per student for their education?
- Could you explain what a double block period is and why we do not use it in our district yet surrounding districts do?
